Job Burnout = Diabetes???

In the study of 677 mostly middle-aged male Israeli workers, researchers found that those who suffered from job burnout, Emotional exhaustion, Physical fatigue and cognitive weariness - were 1.84 times more likely to develop Type 2 Diabetes even after accounting for other factors that could cause the disease. The study also noted that prolonged job burnout may "Set the stage" for the attack of other diseases.

In short. Relax, smell the flowers, don't stressed out too much... If you are the type who are easily stressed, watch out!!!

Advance Medical Directive

An Advance Medical Directive (AMD) is a legal document that you sign in advance to inform the doctor treating you (in the event you become terminally ill and unconscious) that you do not want any extraordinary life-sustaining treatment to be used to prolong your life.

Making an AMD is voluntary but an important one. Most people did not make an AMD and when such unfortunate events arise, the family members are the one who suffer.

Making an AMD is simple.
1) Complete the AMD form
2) Find a valid witness to your private clinic or polyclinic
3) The doctor will explain the AMD and act as your first witness
4) Return the form to the Registrar of AMD
5) Wait for an acknowledgement from the Registrar

Drop me an email if you need more info. I can help explain briefly and be your 2nd Witness if you are not able to find one.
