They are likely insurance agents who put up this sign ...to give cashbacks
to CPF memmbers to invest in funds..They exploit the desperateness
of poor people who need money urgently.
You see, poor people are always victims of insurance agents. They are merciless and cruel when it comes to money and they even cheat the poor and the old.
i find insurance agents the most despicable animals

This signboard is also put up on the railings next to a coffee shop near my private residence.
Should this be reported to the police?

I find whiners the most ball-less dogs. They whine and whine about evil agents, yet when it comes to taking action, they still have not sent any letter to MAS.

It's no wonder MAS isn't doing anything.

I find it ridiculous that MAS with its whole slate of professionals and scholars are just sitting on their bums waiting for whiners to write in to tip them off? Come on, if whiners are ballless then these MAS hotshots are just brainless.

The ballless and brainless make it harmless for insurance agents to continue to screw the clueless, helpless consumers until bottomless and moneyless. Happy for the agents

indeed such people are ball-less. They spend hours thinking why the world is so messed up, instead of doing something to fix it. In their own BTITR terminology, I believe it's called opportunity cost. The hours wasted on whining would be better spent doing something productive, like exposing the evil agents' names to MAS. Best part is their ball-lessness results in a net loss to society.

Remember the recent article about the client who was shafted by the beauty pageant agent? The churning case. At least he bothered to take action, instead of just post on blogs to curse agents.
