Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction(ED) is a sexual dysfunction characterized by the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis. It can occur at any age but is more common in men older than 65. Around 1 in 10 men will experience recurring impotence problems at some point in their lives

Effects of ED?
Erections may take longer to develop, may not be as rigid or may require more direct stimulation to be achieved. Men may also notice that orgasms are less intense, the volume of ejaculate is reduced and recovery time increases between erections.

ED can affect a man self esteem and the woman sex life. ED can be a physical or emotional problem that requires treatment.

Signs and symptoms
Occasional inability to obtain a full erection
Inability to maintain an erection throughout intercourse
Complete inability to achieve an erection

When to seek medical advice
It's normal to experience erectile dysfunction on occasion. But if erectile dysfunction lasts longer than two months or is a recurring problem. Although you might view erectile dysfunction as a personal or embarrassing problem, it's important to seek treatment.

Prevention
Although most men experience episodes of erectile dysfunction from time to time, you can take these steps to decrease the likelihood of occurrences:
* Limit or avoid the use of alcohol and other similar drugs.
* Stop smoking.
* Exercise regularly.
* Reduce stress.
* Get enough sleep.
* Deal with anxiety or depression.

Isn't it ironic that the pot is calling the kettle black. Similarly you are also replying to Adrian without any name.

So i suppose you are also classified as Bo Liao group of people without names.

The issue has nothing to do with maturity. The issue here has to do with content. As a reader i have everything point to give me comments about. If we do not even give comments on his writings, my as well close down the blog and do refuse response.

What is the purpose of a Blog?

A blog (a portmanteau of web log) is a website where entries are written in chronological order and commonly displayed in reverse chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs.

I agree with anonymous 3.03.If you cannot accept criticism or other views , even extreme views, attacks but not personal attacks with names
you might as well close it off .
Look from this angle. Your blog attracts a lot of visitors because it displays some freedom of speech.
